• Account Data: Email, username, profile information, login method, and account security records. We do not receive your Google password when you sign in with Google.
• Media Assets: Audio tracks, lyrics, images, scene prompts, generated visuals, and video outputs you create or upload.
• Billing Data: Purchase history, subscription status, credit balances, Stripe customer identifiers, checkout session identifiers, and billing support communications.
• Usage Data: Product interactions, generation settings, search queries, and platform diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate lyrics, storyboards, scene images, videos, and final music video exports.
• To improve product reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and user experience.
• To provide support, account access, billing, and platform notifications.

3. Payments And Payment Processors

Payments are processed by Stripe. We share the information needed to create checkout sessions, manage subscriptions, process credit purchases, prevent fraud, and respond to billing support requests. Stripe may collect and process payment details, contact information, transaction data, device data, and fraud-prevention signals according to Stripe's own privacy practices.

Vid.tv does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes on our servers. We store Stripe identifiers and billing status information so your account can receive purchased credits, membership access, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and billing support.

4. AI Processing

Some features may process user-provided audio, lyrics, prompts, or images through third-party AI services for transcription, image generation, video generation, or related production tasks.

5. Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, authentication, analytics, payment processing, AI processing, storage, abuse prevention, and customer support. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Vid.tv and our users.

6. Data Retention And Deletion

We retain account, media, billing, and usage information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account from account settings or by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We may retain and disclose limited records when needed to process copyright or DMCA notices, counter-notices, repeat-infringer reviews, rights disputes, abuse investigations, court orders, subpoenas, or other legal requests.
